Position: Associate Advisor – Client Experience & Financial Planning
Overview
A growing advisory team in the financial services sector is seeking an Associate Advisor to support client relationship management, financial plan development, and overall client experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Support

Participate in client meetings and reviews to gather goals, assess needs, and discuss tailored financial strategies.

Maintain consistent communication to strengthen long-term relationships and enhance the client experience.

Update and manage client information within internal tracking and planning systems.
Financial Planning & Analysis

Assist in creating comprehensive financial strategies encompassing investments, retirement readiness, risk management, and estate considerations.

Collaborate with senior advisors to review data, interpret reports, and recommend plan adjustments based on client goals and market trends.
Ongoing Plan Management

Monitor client plans to ensure alignment with objectives and evolving circumstances.

Support the delivery of timely updates, follow-ups, and service reviews in coordination with lead advisors.
Team Collaboration

Partner with colleagues across advisory, operations, and planning functions to provide seamless client service.

Share insights and contribute to collective problem-solving to enhance overall advisory performance.
Preferred Background
-
2+ years in a financial advisory, client service, or planning support role (wealth management, financial planning, or related environment preferred).

Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, or investment platforms (specific systems will be trained on).

Progress toward professional certification (e.g., CFP®, CFA®, or similar) is a plus.
Work Model
Hybrid or in-office within the regional advisory network (exact location determined by assigned advisor team).
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
