Description:
Title: UI/UX Designer- II
Location: Miami, FL OR 140 West, NYC(Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Hybrid- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday every week, open to 140 West, NYC, or MIA
Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets.
Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality.
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, tables).
Present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Troubleshoot UX problems and make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
Must-Have Skills:
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences.
Experience with user-centric design.
Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
Proficiency in Figma.
Familiarity with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot, and similar.
Desired Skills:
Expertise in Conversational Channels: Chatbot, IVR, SMS, Assisted, and others.
A portfolio showcasing UX design work (from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes).
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Portfolio of professional work.
Contributions to design programs or shipped products.
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences.
Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journey samples.
Experience with JIRA and Smart Sheets and/or Google Suite.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field of study.
