Associate Business System Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This entry-level role is designed for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. In this position, you will work closely with and assist the Senior Product Owner in defining, prioritizing, and delivering business solutions. Over time, this role will provide the training and mentorship needed to grow into a full-fledged Product Owner/Business Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product backlogs, including writing and prioritizing user stories.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment of product vision and goals.
• Work with development teams to clarify requirements and address questions during sprints.
• Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Document processes, workflows, and key decisions to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and share insights or ideas for improving products and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus but not required.
