Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer (aka Small Business Advisor/SBA) role will be responsible for increasing the Bank's profitability by cultivating and developing lending relationships.

Position Competencies

Position Responsibilities:
  • Self-Develop profitable new business with target customer segments.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to develop new business.
  • Provide client retention support to RMs for clients through servicing support of existing SBA loan clients.
  • On-compliance, SBA training and community service.
