Duration : Long-Term Contract
Technical Skills: SAP SCP SaaS Integration, SAP Fieldglass, Integration of SAP and non-SAP systems
Domain Skills: Workforce management, Vendor management systems (VMS), Contingent workforce processes
Job Summary:
- Lead the integration of SAP SCP SaaS and Fieldglass with existing enterprise systems.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data models to support business decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance on system integration to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business process needs and challenges.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration workflows and system processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through robust validation and quality control measures.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance data accessibility.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team understanding of SAP Fieldglass and integration processes.
- Stay current with advancements in SAP technologies and integration best practices.
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for system integration and data management.
- Align integration initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in SAP SCP SaaS and Fieldglass.
- Proven expertise in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data models and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAP integration technologies and trends.
Nice to Have Skills: Experience with custom service technologies, Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms
