Role Overview
We are seeking a Front-End Chatbot Developer to design and implement engaging, user-friendly chatbot interfaces. This role involves working closely with UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver conversational experiences that enhance customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing chatbot UIs using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Integrate chatbot interfaces with backend APIs and conversational AI platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure intuitive design and seamless user experience.
  • Optimize performance for multiple devices and browsers.
  • Implement secure coding practices and adhere to enterprise standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
  • Frameworks & Libraries: React.js (or Angular/Vue), Redux or similar state management tools.
  • Chatbot Platforms: Experience with conversational UI frameworks (e.g., Bot Framework Web Chat, Rasa UI).
  • API Integration: RESTful services, JSON handling.
  • UI/UX Principles: Responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Tools: Git, npm/yarn, build tools (Webpack, Babel).
  • Testing: Unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform) for chatbot hosting.
  • Understanding of conversational AI concepts and NLP integration.
  • Experience in agile development environments.

Mandatory SkillsHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Core front-end development. TypeScript Strong typing for scalable applications. React.js (or Angular/Vue) Modern front-end framework. State Management Redux or similar tools. API Integration RESTful services and JSON handling. Responsive Design & Accessibility WCAG compliance. Version Control Git and related workflows. Build Tools Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn. Testing Frameworks Jest, Cypress (unit and integration testing)

Desired Skills Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform) for chatbot deployment
