Key Responsibilities:
Define sourcing strategies to meet recruiting goals.
Match candidates with hiring needs and cultivate relationships.
Maintain market intelligence and provide feedback to recruiters.
Build pipelines of active and passive candidates.
Engage and qualify candidates via direct sourcing and social media.
Conduct initial screens to gauge skills and interest.
Proactively source passive candidates through research and relationship building.
Qualifications:
Experience with direct sourcing methodologies and techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management Systems.
Ability to deliver a positive candidate experience.
Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
Maintain business intelligence of competitors and market conditions.
