Job Title: WORKDAY SECURITY PRODUCT OWNER

Job Summary
The Workday Security Product Owner acts as the customer proxy, collaborating with Product Management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the team backlog. This role ensures solutions align with business goals while maintaining technical integrity across multiple Agile teams. The position also includes mentoring Associate Product Owners and Product Owners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated Workday security solutions across Agile teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Product Managers to co-develop product roadmaps and deliver features from concept to launch.
- Translate product vision and strategy into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use data insights to drive product improvements and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure solutions meet business and security requirements.
- Coach and mentor Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and Agile best practices.
- Define and manage dependencies, risks, and issues for complex solutions.
- Oversee iteration content, review user stories, and validate completed work.
- Support effective Scrum ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and demos.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.

- Strong understanding of business and technical system interactions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in balancing priorities, risks, and value to maximize ROI.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex issues and influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation.
