Job Description:
JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Pkwy. Plano, TX 75075
DUTIES: Design, develop, test, deploy, and provide application support including NSAS and PDAS. Gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, and create software design specifications. Collaborate with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Support applications, solve configuration and environment issues, and execute the software deployment process. Utilize VES, GRPC, SNMP, and SYSLOG flows to capture data for performance and fault management. Monitor and troubleshoot the NSAS platform using tools including Grafana, Kibana, Kafka, IEBUS, and Storm Guard. Support ONAP and ECOMP components, including DCAE, HP, and GOC-based microservices. Manage TICK and ELK platforms operating within the Microsoft Azure environment. Facilitate data collection in AIC environments. Support large-scale deployments of Kubernetes, Jenkins, OpenAPI, OpenStack, Maven, Git/GitHub, Docker, and deploy code utilizing CodeCloud, Cloudify, Consul, and EOM/MCOM infrastructure. Apply advanced knowledge in Python, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, Java, C/C++, Ruby, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. Utilize ServiceNow Midservers in support of NEON. Work with networks, network protocols, IP networks, software defined networks, and virtual network functions. Utilize technologies including VPNs, firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS, and Windows/Linux environments.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or Statistics and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation utilizing VES, GRPC, SNMP, and SYSLOG flows to capture data for performance and fault management; monitoring and troubleshooting the NSAS platform using tools including Grafana, Kibana, Kafka, IEBUS, and Storm Guard; supporting ONAP and ECOMP components, including DCAE, HP, and GOCbased microservices; managing TICK and ELK platforms operating within the Microsoft Azure environment; facilitating data collection in AIC environments; supporting large-scale deployments of Kubernetes, Jenkins, OpenAPI, OpenStack, Maven, Git/GitHub, Docker, and deploying code utilizing CodeCloud, Cloudify, Consul, and EOM/MCOM infrastructure; applying advanced knowledge in Python, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, Java, C/C++, Ruby, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform; utilizing ServiceNow Midservers in support of NEON; working with networks, network protocols, IP networks, software defined networks, and virtual network functions; and utilizing technologies including VPNs, firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS, and Windows/Linux environments.
