What you will be doing?

Design, develop, and deploy scalable conversational AI solutions using and Microsoft Bot Framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, UX/UI specialists) to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement user stories
Apply NLP and NLU techniques to enable chatbots to understand intent and respond accurately
Leverage Generative AI to enhance chatbot responses with creativity and personalization
Deploy chatbots across multiple channels (web, mobile, messaging platforms) ensuring a seamless experience
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure performance and accuracy
Monitor and analyze interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Stay updated on the latest advancements in conversational AI and best practices

You are a Gem in case of :
3+ years of software development experience, preferably in conversational AI
Proven expertise with and/or Microsoft Bot Framework
Strong understanding of NLP and NLU concepts
Experience integrating Generative AI (e.g., GPT, Bard) into applications
Familiarity with multi-channel deployments (web, mobile, messaging platforms)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of conversational AI
