Job Details

Payrate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project and program managers by coordinating migration schedules, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and version control of project documentation, including runbooks, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Track progress of assigned tasks and ensure alignment with program timelines, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with site leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of separation activities.
  • Assist in compiling program performance metrics and generating dashboards or reports for executive-level visibility.
  • Help document lessons learned, challenges, and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Support coordination of hypercare activities and collection of post-migration feedback and QA metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of user training materials and support guides.
  • Maintain structured communication channels to ensure key updates and requirements are shared across the DT community.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in information technology, English/Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in a Technical Writer, Content Creator, PMO support, or Business Operations role preferably in IT or digital transformation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA) and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Basic understanding of Lean or process improvement principles is a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., Aerospace & Defense) is desirable.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
