Job Details

Role: Adobe Target Tech Lead/Architect

Location: Remote

Contract

Target Tech Lead implements, tests, and optimizes web and mobile experiences using Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing. Key responsibilities include developing and executing personalization campaigns, integrating Adobe Target with other Adobe products like Marketo and ensuring proper tagging and tracking. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user engagement and conversion rates.



Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Adobe Target

Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Strong understanding of data sharing between Target and Marketo

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Adobe certifications (Target Architect, Business Practitioner) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud

Experience with tag management systems

Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
