As a Sr Site Reliability Engineer on their Technical Operations team for critical product lines, you'll work with cutting-edge automation, Kubernetes orchestration, and Salt configuration management to support critical safety applications that first responders and emergency services depend on every day.

This isn't just another DevOps role - you'll be the architect of reliability for systems that literally save lives. When emergency responders need to communicate during a crisis, when hospitals need secure video systems, or when schools need emergency notification systems, your infrastructure makes it possible. Required Skills & Experience
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent technical education
  • 5+ years of production DevOps or Systems Engineering experience with Linux focus
  • Hands-on experience with business-critical systems and production environments
  • Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
  • Configuration Management systems experience (Salt, Puppet, or Ansible)
  • Mid-to-Advanced Python and Bash scripting abilities
  • Production management, monitoring, and logging experience
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance
  • Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Salt Stack configuration management expertise (highly preferred)
  • AWS/Azure cloud certifications
  • CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
  • Infrastructure as Code practices
  • Security automation and compliance tools
  • Backup and disaster recovery technologies
  • Experience with first responder or emergency services systems
