The UI/UX Analyst is responsible for establishing the overall look and feel of applications while designing, communicating, and implementing all user interface elements based on business requirements. This role plays a key part in shaping the user experience and works closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.

Top Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in user interface (UI) design
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in user research
- Education or certification in graphic design, interaction design, visual communication, or a related field
- Experience designing within a set of established design standards is preferred
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is preferred
- Experience conducting usability and ADA testing is preferred
The UI/UX Analyst is responsible for establishing the overall look and feel of applications while designing, communicating, and implementing all user interface elements based on business requirements. This role plays a key part in shaping the user experience and works closely with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project scope and collaborate with project team members to ensure comprehensive understanding of the system's requirements, functionality, scalability, and usability.
- Partner with Business Analysts to assess current business processes and systems, developing complete and usable interface designs.
- Conduct and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), focusing on usability to ensure alignment with UI/UX best practices.
- Resolve critical UI/UX issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions and brainstorming meetings with business stakeholders to capture user experience needs.
- Perform user research, including interviews, observations, and usability testing, as necessary throughout the project.
- Develop personas, user flows, journey maps, and storyboards to inform design decisions.
- Facilitate regular design discussions and reviews during the application development process.
- Analyze current user workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in both usability and visual design.
- Lead the design of the product's visual layout, usability, and accessibility, guiding the team on design patterns, screen structures, and user testing best practices.
