IT Project Manager

Overview:
We re looking for a skilled Project Manager to coordinate a range of IT projects spanning small enhancements to large enterprise initiatives. In this role, you ll assemble project teams, manage resources, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables stay on time and within scope. You ll also collaborate with other project managers to align objectives, maintain accurate project documentation, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.

*This role will require onsite work in Fort Worth, TX on a hybrid basis*

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for multiple IT initiatives.

• Develop and maintain project plans, resource assignments, and timelines.

• Manage communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.

• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.

• Prepare and present project status reports and updates.

• Identify and drive process improvements across the project management function.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an Agile environment.

• PMP certification required.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.

• Prior experience working in City, County, or Government environments.
