Position: L2 AWS Connect/IPT Engineer

Job Description:
- We need someone specifically with strong competence in Amazon Connect and InContact.
- The resource will have to have not only operational capability to support the platform clients but also engineering capability to be able to work through call flows and troubleshoot platform issues.
