Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in Business Development, Project Management, Client Engagement, and Relationship Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and building long-term client partnerships to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across targeted industries.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Project Management:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve challenges.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure consistent value delivery.
Proactively manage client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Strategic Growth:
Contribute to market analysis, competitor intelligence, and revenue forecasting.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling services to existing clients.
Support leadership in shaping growth strategies and client retention initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in business development, project management, and client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle management, account growth, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Healthcare Domain
- Certifications in PMP/Prince2/Agile (for project management) will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to international client handling and global business environments.
