AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineers with strong Full Stack/Python development backgrounds and deep domain experience in healthcare, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidates are sharp problem-solvers who are fluent in building and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions, with experience leveraging tools like OpenAI and other generative AI frameworks.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on impactful healthcare projects that leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications with a focus on AI-powered features.
• Build and integrate AI models (e.g., LLMs, NLP, document processing, chatbots) into healthcare platforms.
• Use Python and modern full stack technologies to develop, test, and deploy robust backend and frontend systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand healthcare workflows and RCM needs.
• Optimize data pipelines and API integrations for healthcare data (EHRs, claims processing, billing systems).
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and frameworks, with a particular focus on OpenAI, LangChain, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python and full stack technologies (e.g., Django/FastAPI, React/Angular, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Proven experience with AI/ML tools including OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), etc.
• Solid understanding of Healthcare IT, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical coding, claims, or EHRs.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered healthcare solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams.
