Salesforce Developer Service Cloud (Junior Level)

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract (W2 only)
Experience Level: 5 7 Years


Job Summary:

One of our valued clients based in Dallas, TX is seeking a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Case Management Lifecycle to join our CRM engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of Salesforce development experience, solid understanding of Service Cloud capabilities, and strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

This is an onsite W2 contract role based in Dallas, TX, focused on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that support customer service operations and automation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom applications within Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Build and optimize Case Management workflows, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel setups.

  • Write scalable and efficient code using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.

  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and unit testing.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration and code.

  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and client's development standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 7 years of Salesforce development experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management Lifecycle, and Knowledge Management.

  • Strong programming skills in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

  • Experience building Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Security Model and data modeling.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Omni-Channel setup and Email-to-Case automation.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
