Job Details
Role : Global Payroll Analyst/Financial Analyst
Location : Overland Park, KS (Hybrid)
Type : Contract
Skills/Experience needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field
- 5 years of minimum experience in payroll processing
- 2+ years in a global/multi-country payroll processing experience
- Industry Knowledge Global payroll compliance & tax regulations
- Familiarity with labor laws across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
- Systems Experience Payroll software and HRIS systems Experience with global payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Any CPP, GPA, or IPP certifications are highly desirable
- Certifications International payroll certification (GPMI, CIPP, IPP) highly desirable.
