Description
Support enterprise scheduling optimization through Epic design, workflow documentation, and build coordination. The analyst translates access improvement strategies into Epic configuration requirements and serves as the bridge between operations and IT build teams. Must be Cadence Certified

Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements for Epic Cadence and referral workflows by partnering with operations, access managers, and clinical departments.
Create workflow documentation and Visio process maps for scheduling, decision tree logic, and referral routing.
Maintain and test Epic decision trees, visit type rules, and self-scheduling configurations in coordination with IT analysts.
Support template management processes (template requests, audits, integrity checks).
Partner with IT to scope, test, and validate Epic build tickets related to scheduling, access, and order workflows.
Analyze data for scheduling performance (fill rates, template utilization, appointment access metrics).
Participate in access improvement workshops (RPIWs) to support design documentation and operational testing.
Support user acceptance testing, training documentation, and go-live validation for scheduling changes.

Required Qualifications
Epic Certification: Cadence required (Referrals, Radiant, or MyChart a plus).
2-4 years of experience supporting Epic scheduling, access optimization, or template governance.
Strong process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart) and ability to document detailed workflows.
Understanding of orders, referrals, scheduling tickets, and self-scheduling logic.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel or Tableau to interpret data.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; able to work with clinicians and IT teams effectively.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
