Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Access Control
- Handle access control duties for team members onboarding and offboarding
- Determines appropriate access permissions for newly on-boarded team members.
- Process terminations and follow up tasks as needed
- Process provisioning and deprovisioning for various applications
- Troubleshoot access related issues as required
- Work with technicians to complete name changes
- Develop and maintain documentation for access control systems
- Handle access control duties for team members onboarding and offboarding
- Employee Onboarding
- Conduct and present remote onboarding or training sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed.
- Conduct follow up training sessions as required
- Employee Offboarding
- Conduct offboarding tasks as assigned including but not limited to access management and ensuring equipment is returned.
- Maintain and expand knowledgebase
- Utilize Easy Vista ticketing platform
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a field such as Computer Technology or related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with providing workstation support
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team effectively.
- The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required
- Sound written and verbal communication skills necessary to effectively interface with all levels of Firm management, practitioners, clients, and other external business contacts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary
- A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality
- Experience with accounting or audit software is a plus
