The Position:
Position Title: GIS Analyst (Mid and Senior)
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA
Duration: 12-24+ Month Project
Note: Candidates must currently reside within reasonable commuting distance (2-hours/100-miles) of Middletown, PA.
We are seeking a Mid-Level and a Senior-Level GIS Analyst to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Customer and Business Solutions (CBS) GeoAnalytics team. Project duration will be for a period of 12-24+ months. Work environment will be hybrid, primarily remote off-site with on-site presence as required.
- Participate in meetings with business leaders to elicit requirements or other pertinent
information required to complete assigned tasks or project.
- Maintain GIS data resources.
- Digitize, create, maintain, display, and update GIS databases.
- Produce maps and other representations of data.
- Record and document details of map updates, additions, or deletions.
- Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS and extensions (e.g. Network Analyst, 3D Analyst, and
Spatial Analysis).
The Skills and Experience:
- 3+ Years: Experience as a GIS Analyst on projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to Data Analytics, Dashboarding and GIS
- 5+ Years: Experience as a Senior GIS Analyst on projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to Data Analytics, Dashboarding and GIS; to include GIS application development
- Experience with Data Visualizations
- Experience with GIS (ArcGIS)
- Experience with SAP (BW, FI, LO, HCM, SRM)
- Experience with Agile Assets
- Experience with OnBase
- Experience with ServiceNow in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
