As a People Experience Manager (FTC), you will play a central role in shaping the everyday experience of our colleagues around the world. In addition to designing, developing, and delivering flagship global programs, you will spark innovation by creating and piloting new initiatives that regional teams can adapt to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, scope, and deliver a portfolio of People Experience (PE) projects and programs including initiatives related to well-being, colleague engagement, and the future of work, demonstrating strong ownership, proactivity, and end-to-end execution while working collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
MUST HAVES:Demonstrated strength in project and program management, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives from start to finish.
At least five years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally within professional services.
Background in culture, engagement, or people experience work, with a clear commitment to fostering an inclusive, values-driven workplace.
Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and presentation tailored for senior leaders and global audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), with strong skills in reporting, analysis, and executive-level storytelling.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities, with the ability to influence, build alignment, and drive accountability across regions and functions.
Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, paired with a proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing effective solutions.
Excellent organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, thorough tracking, meaningful measurement, and consistent quality across all projects.
