Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing/Graphic Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Elmsford, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting marketing initiatives across multiple locations, contributing to both corporate and regional strategies. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to align with regional branches, sales objectives, and category-specific goals.
Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, such as newsletters, flyers, catalogs, and event invitations.
Edit, resize, and create visual assets for various distribution channels as needed.
Organize and maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring timely updates and accessibility.
Develop and test email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
Prepare proposals and presentation materials for meetings and marketing initiatives.
Assist with event planning and execution, including quarterly meetings, trade shows, grand openings, and specialized classes.
Update website content to reflect current marketing activities and calendar priorities.
Write, proofread, and edit marketing copy for diverse channels, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
Conduct research on industry trends to identify relevant topics for newsletters and other communications.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or equivalent experience preferred.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to create visually appealing presentations and proposals.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Experience with copywriting and marketing automation platforms is a plus
