Job Description

Seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) product strategy with an AI-first approach, aiming to transform customer experiences through smarter, personalized selling solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support IT products for Sales, Partners, and Distributors, aligning with strategic business goals.

  • Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Lead complex projects from conception through launch, managing product roadmaps and stakeholder relationships.

  • Define business processes, create detailed user stories, and ensure seamless product integration.

  • Oversee all phases of product lifecycle, including user feedback, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

  • Plan and execute tests, monitor product performance, and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years as a Product Manager or Business Systems Analyst, specializing in CPQ/Quote-to-Cash in high-tech industries.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts-recommendation engines, predictive models, NLP-and their business applications.

  • Proven success in launching and managing SaaS or platform-based products, with solutions on Salesforce or similar platforms.

  • Agile/Scrum experience with strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • A proactive, "do-what-it-takes" attitude with a passion for driving business growth through innovative product strategies.

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
