Position: AI Product Owner

Location: Multiple Locations

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner AI/ ML to bridge the gap between engineering, product, and customer success, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability of AI solutions. This role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and has strong technical expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

In this position, you'll act as a forward-deployed engineer-quickly diagnosing issues, implementing solutions, guiding customers through integrations, and channeling feedback back into the product roadmap.

Core Responsibilities

AI & Technical Expertise

  • Leverage 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML platforms, APIs, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Build and support Generative and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, SDKs, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.

  • Apply knowledge of AI product management or technical product ownership to improve adoption and usability.

  • Ensure solutions align with AI governance, compliance, and security best practices.

  • Lead customer onboarding, workshops, and technical office hours, tailoring sessions to client-specific use cases.

  • Simplify platform updates and feature changes into actionable guidance for customers.

  • Analyze usage telemetry and adoption metrics to identify pain points and design strategies to improve engagement.

Customer Success & Support

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer tickets, escalating complex issues to engineering as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy fixes and improvements.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues, resolutions, and best practices to accelerate troubleshooting.
