Responsibilities

Full Stack Developer Skillset

The successful candidate will be building a new application in an AWS cloud environment using cutting edge technology. The developer will work in conjunction with other government and contractor developers to assist in all facets of development for the application. The developer may be tasked with supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development. The employee will need to possess strong user interface skills using Angular/Ajax application development.

Required Skillset
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (version 13 and up) for front-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices and backend systems.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and services, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
  • Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Optional Skillset
  • ANY Experience with NEST-JS would be a benefit.
  • UX/UI experience.
  • Atlassian tools and agile methodology experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Development experience including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
  • 5+ years building cloud-first solutions using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and JPA.
  • You possess five (5) years of experience architecting software solutions based on customer requirement.
  • You've led technical teams or projects for at least five (5) years.
  • You have three (3) years of experience designing and implementing. automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform.
  • You have strong Java / JavaScript/Ajax Application Development.
  • Have built solutions using Angular or React.
  • You have experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.
  • You have a current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
