Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant (Canada Payroll)
Location: Remote, Canada based
Type: Contract
Duration: Long term
Role Overview: Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with a focus on Canadian payroll compliance and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and design payroll solutions in Oracle HCM.
Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and legislative rules for Canada.
Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations (taxes, statutory deductions, year-end reporting).
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate payroll with other HCM modules.
Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training.
Support payroll operations during go-live and post-implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
Experience with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
