  • Build from Scratch: Own the full product lifecycle from idea to MVP to scale. Drive product iterations based on customer insights and measurable outcomes.

  • Set Strategy in Uncertainty: Define product direction where there s no clear playbook. Identify opportunity spaces and craft a vision around them.

  • Tame Ambiguity: Spot gaps, create clarity, and turn high-level goals into strategic, actionable roadmaps.

  • Partner with Engineering: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design scalable architectures, API integrations, and technical foundations.

  • Simplify the Complex: Translate deep technical or business problems into clear, executable product plans.

  • Deliver Market Impact: Think beyond the company understand trends, influence industry direction, and build products that resonate across markets.

  • Manage Risk & Quality: Anticipate blockers, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure product excellence with every release.

  • Champion the Customer: Engage deeply with users and stakeholders, and clearly communicate product value across technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Bring:
  • 8+ years in product management, with hands-on experience launching new products and scaling them

  • Strong technical literacy comfortable with APIs, architecture discussions, and engineering trade-offs

  • Proven ability to lead through uncertainty and drive alignment in fast-moving environments

  • Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining complex ideas simply

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, or developer tools is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with agile practices and customer discovery methods

Bonus Points For:
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups or innovation teams

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other enterprise systems

  • Public speaking, product evangelism, or thought leadership in your domain
