Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced ServiceNow Developer to work with our lead developer and system administrator. This role involves configuring ServiceNow applications, creating and automating workflows, and integrating third-party systems to enhance our operational capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Customize and configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
• Perform application maintenance, manage support for incidents related to ServiceNow applications, and contribute to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to capture business and user requirements and develop elegant solutions that meet those needs.
• Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals.
• Prepare reports on analyses and system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is desired. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Service Now System Administration and/or Application Developer certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
• Significant experience in ServiceNow test, development, and production environments.
• Significant experience capturing user stories, working through a ServiceNow backlog, and delivering to meet user requirements.
• Experience with Configuration Management (CMDB), LDAP integration, and custom scripting.
• Minimum of three years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, and Hardware Asset Management.
• Significant experience developing workflows in Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• Proficient with custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, and custom applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, AWS Redshift).
