Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, and unit testing Salesforce solutions by updating solution design specifications and supporting enhancements or bug fixes
Build and configure Salesforce functionality using standard features such as fields, flows, and basic automation under guidance from senior developers
Support the development of custom Salesforce applications and enhancements to existing functionality
Help integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and assist in optimizing workflows to support business processes
Gather and clarify requirements from end users and stakeholders, and translate them into user stories with support from the project team
Collaborate with sales, customer support, and marketing teams to deliver effective Salesforce tools that meet business needs
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and custom report types based on defined requirements
Test configurations across common business scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Perform basic data migrations, including data cleanup, validation, and imports as needed
Document implemented solutions, configurations, and development changes clearly and accurately
Create user guides and training materials and assist with end-user training to support adoption
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Experience/interest in the healthcare and wellness industries
Experience with a modern software development lifecycle, including Git and CI/CD concepts
Exposure to Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I strongly encouraged, others a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
