Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators, ensuring deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Develop executive-level reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates for leadership.
Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and oversee change management for all impacted user groups.
Partner with retail operations and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless migration of key retail applications (POS, store comms, HR, etc.).
Required Experience:
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or cloud transformation projects (preferably M365 or Azure).
Strong vendor management and contract oversight experience.
Prior M365/O365 migration or consolidation project experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
Experience managing cross-brand or multi-location environments, ideally within the retail sector.
Preferred Experience:
Background in retail or consumer-facing enterprises (corporate and store-level integration).
Familiarity with change management, end-user training, and enterprise collaboration tools.
PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification a plus.
