Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and efficient Anaplan models that support our enterprise planning processes.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization, Anaplan model building, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and modeling of Anaplan solutions across departments (e.g., FP&A, sales forecasting, supply chain planning).
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Anaplan models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Establish and maintain model building standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior model builders and project team members.
• Manage Anaplan data integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, data warehouses).
• Conduct model performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure security, scalability, and auditability of Anaplan solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Anaplan within the organization.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise performance management (EPM) systems, with at least 3 years in Anaplan.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (or working toward it).
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end Anaplan solutions.
• Strong understanding of model building, modules, lists, dashboards, and data integration.
• Solid grasp of business processes such as FP&A, supply chain planning, or sales operations.

Preferred:

• Anaplan Master Anaplanner certification.
• Experience with Agile project delivery.
• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Knowledge of other planning platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive) is a plus.
