Description
We are looking for a skilled CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing automation strategies that drive B2B engagement and revenue. This role will focus on utilizing data and tools, such as ZoomInfo and Salesforce, to create impactful campaigns and generate inbound leads. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging commercial strategies with marketing technologies. This is a long-term contract position based in Miami, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generation.
Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to align email designs and campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize ROI.
Develop and maintain workflows and processes to streamline marketing operations.
Create B2B-focused campaigns that support revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo to gather actionable insights and translate data into marketing strategies.
Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of marketing tools and platforms.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns and platforms.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Ability to design and optimize workflows for marketing automation.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with data analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
Experience with platforms such as ZoomInfo to leverage actionable insights.
Solid understanding of email marketing regulations and compliance standards.
