NOTE: Looking for someone with a Solid Automation Test Development background along with Java programming experience. JAVA, Selenium, Automation Test Development, Salesforce Test experience is gonna be GREAT Plus. Minimum 10+ years of experience. Strong communication skills.

Job Description:
As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Client's banking applications. You will be responsible for developing robust automated test scripts using Java and Selenium, as well as executing comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality and performance. Experience working with Salesforce applications is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to validate software functionality, performance, and security.

l Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of banking applications.

l Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to identify and address software defects and performance issues.

l Utilize industry best practices and tools to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the software testing process.

l Document test results, track defects, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

l 7+ years of experience in software development utilizing Java and quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.

l Strong proficiency in Java programming.

l Experience developing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.

l Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.

l Experience working with Salesforce applications would be a significant advantage.

l Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

l Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

l Must be located in or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA, and able to work 100% on-site.
