Note : This is a remote , US based role .
Must Have :
- The candidate should have strong infrastructure knowledge who can manage vendors from infrastructure project management perspective.
- Should have experience in scorecards and more solid metrics reporting. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or a related role, preferably within a complex organizational environment. Skills: Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Service Delivery Manager Vendor Management
Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and service delivery projects simultaneously.
Analytical skills to assess vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Problem-solving skills to resolve service delivery issues effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with vendor management principles and best practices.
Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of service delivery frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
