Responsibilities:

• Implement the integration strategy for connecting Oak Street Health s separate Active Directory and Okta tenants into a single SailPoint ISC instance.
• Configure and maintain the SailPoint Web Services Source to connect to our Neo4j graph database, ensuring reliable aggregation of identity data.
• Build the identity profiles and correlation logic required to create a single, authoritative identity for each user across both organizations.
• Develop and deploy complex, event-driven automation using ISC Workflows to manage custom Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle events for the Oak Street user population.
• Utilize ISC Transforms to correctly map and format attributes (e.g., manager, title, department) from the source to target systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, aggregation, and provisioning issues, including those related to the on-premise SailPoint Virtual Appliance (VA).

TOP SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) field.
• 3+ years of recent, hands-on implementation experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Expert-level proficiency with REST APIs and JSON for system integration. Must be comfortable testing endpoints with tools like Postman.
• Demonstrated, advanced skill in building automation using ISC Workflows and manipulating data with ISC Transforms.
• Deep experience configuring a variety of ISC Sources, especially Web Services, Active Directory, and Okta.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges

Nice to have:

• SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer certification.
• Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).
• Previous experience in a multi-tenant or merger & acquisition (M&A) integration project.
• Experience in Healthcare or other regulated industry
