Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes while collaborating across departments to ensure seamless system integration. Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate business systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Utilize Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain project documentation.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for system optimization.
Execute A/B testing to evaluate system changes and improvements.
Facilitate Agile Scrum practices, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Develop detailed business requirement documents to support project objectives.
Enhance CRM systems by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Translate business needs into actionable solutions and system designs.
Support stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations for business process functions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and business process functions.
Expertise in conducting gap analysis and A/B testing.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Ability to create detailed business requirement documents.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
