Position: Java Lead Developer
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
W2 only
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of Java-based technologies, and a proven ability to guide development teams through the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of projects, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and RESTful Web Services.
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
