Job Summary:
HIRE Technology is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Project Manager with strong implementation experience to lead the transition of Client's time tracking system from ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking and Absence. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of the project, drive execution, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
Remote, Candidates must work CST hours 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for full lifecycle project management of this Workday project which crosses over HR, Payroll, IT, HR managers on site across the US, legal, procurement, and contracts.
Develop and maintain standards, tools, and templates required for Workday configuration activities.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Deliver and review project documentation including status updates, issue logs, and risk tracking by workstream.
Partner closely with HRIS and HR Shared Services to understand impacts on system configuration, service center operations, and colleague experience.
Anticipate and identify risks/issues, support resolution planning, and provide strategic direction as needed.
Champion best practices for HR project management, change readiness, and tracking success metrics.
Requirements:
5 - 7 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within HR or system implementation.
Proven implementation experience, especially in time tracking and HR systems.
Smartsheet experience required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
Must be a leader who can independently take charge of the project and drive it forward.
