Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Service/Field Service Cloud Architect to lead solution design, implementation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Oracle Service Cloud (OSC), and Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA), as well as strong integration experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. This role requires both technical and functional expertise to architect scalable, end-to-end service solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, and Oracle Intelligent Advisor solutions.
  • Guide customers in optimizing end-to-end incident-to-resolution workflows, improving efficiency, customer experience, and service outcomes.
  • Architect and deliver integrated service management solutions, using Oracle Integration Cloud, by connecting Oracle CX solutions with E-Business Suite.
  • Work with E-Business Suite teams across Service Contracts, Install Base, Inventory, and Projects to ensure seamless integration and continuity of service processes.
  • Guide project teams through implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices, scalability standards, and security guidelines.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, solution design specifications, integration architecture, and system configuration.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 15+ years of overall experience with Oracle applications, including at least 5+ years in Oracle Service Cloud / Field Service Cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Strong techno-functional, hands-on experience with OFSC, OSC, and OIA.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing integrations between Oracle CX and Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS business processes (Service, Logistics, Inventory, Financials).
  • Experience leading end-to-end solution architecture discussions with business stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
