Robert Half is hiring! We are looking for a skilled Data/Information Architect to drive the implementation of AI solutions within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of AI initiatives aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency through predictive analytics and advanced data modeling.
Create and implement tools for accessing operating manuals, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Develop systems for detecting machine anomalies and monitoring equipment health to ensure operational reliability.
Automate repetitive clerical and computer-based tasks using AI-powered solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable AI use cases and solution designs.
Design and validate workflows, models, and system architectures to support AI implementations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software vendors, and plant personnel, to ensure project success.
Oversee project timelines, proof-of-concept trials, and production rollouts, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Monitor performance of implemented AI systems and ensure they deliver measurable value.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users for seamless adoption of AI tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering AI, machine learning, or industrial automation projects.
Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems, including historian databases and industrial data platforms.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
Effective communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in working with Microsoft SQL and other data-related technologies.
