The Role

This position focuses on operational technology, managing SCADA systems, control infrastructure, communication networks, and selected third-party applications. The role ensures consistent data flow, optimal system performance, and secure access across field and enterprise environments.

What You ll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SCADA platforms and field communication networks.
• Monitor and sustain control system hardware and software to guarantee availability and data accuracy.
• Oversee user access, security permissions, and disaster recovery processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on infrastructure upgrades and application integrations.
• Create and manage reporting dashboards and performance analytics.
• Diagnose and fix application errors and system bottlenecks.
• Support the integration of new technologies and system interconnections.
• Deliver end-user assistance, technical documentation, and occasional training sessions.

What You Bring

Must-Have

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SCADA system support.
• In-depth understanding of SCADA protocols and network communications.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, TCP/IP, and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with Cygnet SCADA software.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration capabilities.
