Position Summary: We are seeking a PMP-certified IT Project Manager to oversee critical initiatives within our Physical Security portfolio across healthcare facilities. This role will focus on the delivery of enterprise-grade systems including access control, video surveillance (CCTV), infant protection, duress alarms, and visitor management systems ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with hospital operations.
The ideal candidate has a background in both IT infrastructure and physical security technologies, as well as experience navigating healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Joint Commission, and NFPA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle for physical security implementations across hospitals, clinics, and administrative buildings.
- Lead initiatives such as badge access upgrades, video monitoring system expansions, infant abduction prevention technology, and emergency lockdown systems.
- Collaborate with teams across IT, Facilities, Clinical Engineering, Security, and Nursing Leadership.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Ensure all systems comply with healthcare safety, privacy, and security standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and integrators for system installation, testing, and documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, site maps, access logs, and integration details.
- Ensure user training and transition plans are in place post-implementation.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- PMP certification required; additional certifications (e.g., PSP, CHPA, or CISSP) are a plus.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2+ years in healthcare security or facilities projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of physical security systems such as Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Stanley, Securitas, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA) as they relate to physical security.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work on-site at hospitals or care sites as needed.
