Position: Sr. IT Project Manager

Location: Aventura, FL (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Lead With Impact Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT projects that power the next stage of our growth.
• Work Shoulder-to-Shoulder With Leaders Collaborate with executives, IT teams, developers, and vendors to define outcomes that move the business forward.
• Champion Agile Practices Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and keep the team aligned and focused.
• Deliver Technology That Scales Lead the rollout of cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, IT infrastructure upgrades, and next-gen security systems.
• Visualize and Simplify Use Lucidchart to bring clarity to processes, workflows, and system architectures.
• Keep Projects on Track Own project visibility using Monday.com and streamline collaboration using Trello and other workflow tools.
• Solve Problems Before They Happen Anticipate risks, clear bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Show the Numbers Use performance data and reporting to drive accountability and give leadership clear visibility into project health.

Top Skills:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Proven mastery of Monday.com (project tracking), Lucidchart (process mapping), and Trello (workflow/kanban).
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with the ability to flex depending on the project.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent IT projects-from infrastructure rollouts to SaaS and cloud implementations.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into simple, actionable communication for executives and business teams.
• Bonus points for experience with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, HubSpot CRM, Zoom Workspace, Google Enterprise, and SaaS ecommerce suites.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
