Certification: Must have Active Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CSM and FSO
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
In this role, you will lead end-to-end technical implementations, drive architectural decisions, and work closely with clients to deliver scalable, high-impact ServiceNow solutions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role ideal for a ServiceNow expert looking to architect and deliver complex enterprise solutions while mentoring development teams and influencing platform strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
8 10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
5 15 years overall IT industry experience, including consulting or enterprise application delivery.
Proven expertise in implementing and customizing modules such as FSO, CSM, and ITSM.
Strong experience with Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, etc.).
Deep knowledge of core ServiceNow components: Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Strong understanding of FSO-specific use cases, data models, financial workflows, and workspace configurations (Banking/Insurance a plus).
Experience setting up and managing MID Servers, integration orchestration, and real-time data exchange mechanisms.
Certifications (Must-Have)
