Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across ServiceNow modules, strong business acumen, and the ability to guide both technical teams and stakeholders toward successful ServiceNow platform outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy aligned with business goals and technical standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

  • Lead design and implementation of complex ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.

  • Own and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap; guide platform governance and best practices.

  • Review and approve solution designs, configurations, and customizations.

  • Ensure integration architecture between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., Azure AD, CMDB, monitoring tools, SAP).

  • Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

  • Stay current with ServiceNow product releases and assess new features for adoption.

  • Lead ServiceNow upgrade and transformation initiatives.

  • Provide pre-sales support and solution design for new platform requests (if in a consulting context).

  • Establish security, data privacy, and compliance guardrails within the platform.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).

    • Hands-on experience designing solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications.

    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, platform limitations, and security design.

    • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services integration, and authentication (OAuth, SAML).

    • Solid background in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).

    • Prior experience leading ServiceNow implementations or migrations across large environments.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ski
