Job Details

The ERP Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure reliable performance, data integrity, and system security. This role plays a key part in aligning technology solutions with business needs, improving operational efficiency, and supporting users across departments. The ERP Administrator will develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for effective ERP usage and data management.

Your Role

  • Manage the day-to-day support of ERP systems for business users, including mass data updates, ad hoc reporting, and user training.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues stemming from defects, enhancements, incidents, or evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users on ERP functionality and workflows.
  • Analyze and document business processes, system configurations, and requirements to improve efficiency and ensure accuracy.
  • Act as a project lead for smaller IT initiatives and a key contributor on larger cross-functional technology projects.
  • Provide business consulting and technical support to users, ensuring a customer-focused approach to issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate system issues as appropriate while leading resolution and root-cause analysis efforts.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Tier 2 Manufacturing ERP systems.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT Help Desk and ERP Administration in a manufacturing or distribution company.
  • Proven ability to document business processes and workflows using diagrams and written documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
