Windows 11 Imaging Technician

Description

We are seeking an IT Imaging Technician to support the deployment of Windows 11 operating systems using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). This role involves imaging machines through SCCM, managing device preparation, coordinating one-on-one computer swaps, and ensuring a smooth end-user experience during the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use SCCM to image machines and upload the Windows 11 OS for deployment.
• Coordinate and schedule one-on-one computer swap appointments with employees, ensuring devices are fully updated and configured.
• Collaborate with IT teams to confirm device readiness and troubleshoot any imaging issues.
• Provide basic post-swap support to end users, addressing any setup or functionality concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging processes, completed swaps, and asset tracking.
• Follow organizational procedures to ensure all imaged devices meet security and compliance standards

Requirements

• Hands-on experience imaging machines with SCCM to deploy operating systems, preferably Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware setup or troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage imaging schedules and asset tracking efficiently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to assist end users and collaborate with IT teams.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support, imaging, or deployment-focused role.
